On Monday, November 24, I needed an oil change. First I had gone to a competitor and walked out due to rude treatment. Finally I went to your location in Norwalk Ohio. There were 3 employees in the shop and all 3 were amazing! These men were fast and efficient. They were smiling and very pleasant. I asked a few questions about other services I needed on my vehicle and the manager came to me and explained everything in detail. This wasn’t part of his job but he talked to me and helped me understand things that I didn’t know I needed. He wasn’t trying to make a buck, he was just helping a woman who is ignorant to vehicles and being genuinely nice. I believe his name is James.
